How long will it take to process my order?

4-7 days. Standard order processing time applies to in-stock, non-embroidered items, and excludes weekends and holidays. 

Do you ship orders to U.S Territories?

We ship to all 50 States only.

How are shipping and handling rates calculated?

U.S. shipping and handling rates are determined by the merchandise dollar amount, excluding gift cards and embroidery. 

Can I modify my order after it's placed?

We can make most changes to your item(s) – if the item has not processed and/or shipped. Simply send us an email at, include order # as the subject of email.

Can I change an item after adding it to my shopping cart?

You can make changes to color, size, or quantity directly from your shopping cart. To access your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the menu.

What is your return policy?

Eligible item(s) for return must be unwashed, unworn, and non-embroidered with the tags attached. Item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Do you replace items that are incorrect or damaged when delivered?

Yes. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please send an email to with your order number and a brief note describing the issue with your shipment. If you have received a damaged item, please include a photo that clearly shows the product defect so that we may investigate the underlying cause of the issue. 

My promotional code is not working

You can use one discount/promo code per order. This applies to our free delivery codes too.

As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and most codes have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
